My main responsibilities are A&R, managing our community, assisting with curating events, organising our NTS Radio residency, artist liaison and management, administrative tasks, copywriting, social media strategy, networking, talent scouting, events coordinating, hosting shows/streams, grant writing and enforcing our Safe(r) Space Policy. My work with our Safe(r) Space Policy is vital to the current issues within the nightlife industry. I am extremely passionate about dance floor safety so that marginalised people do not face discrimination when they are at a music event. I often speak with venue managers, patrons, security and artists in order to enforce our Policy and regularly practice conflict resolution. I have used my knowledge from this work to also run panel talks and discussions to better educate the music industry.I am also part of the core team that runs our Label arm Show less
