Personalization includes of chip, Magnetic stripe, and Contactless Cards with electrically and optically.5.Prepare and check Personalization script files for card production factory.6.Develop application and provide technical support for Smart Card based projects.7.Final fine-tuning of functional requirements and technical specifications.8.Smart Card Profile Creation, Testing, Input/Output File Management.9.Development of application, requirements through work with technical and customer contacts.10.Preparation of xml and DLL files that are used for machine to personalize the cards.11.Development of individual project plans (project work scope, task descriptions, and quality parameters) to meet objectives and commitments.12.Handling the team and Coordinating and mentoring team members on quality processes, testing followed by the organization.
