JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Responsible for providing support to TMBS network infrastructure.• Monitoring and troubleshooting Network Infra Issue reported.• Pro-active Planning for hardware replacement-Line cards, Supervisor engine & Power supply, Fan tray.• Installing, upgrading and backing up IOS of Cisco routers and Switches• Configuration of wireless devices (Controllers and APs)• IPS signature upgrade on Cisco ASA firewall.• Daily backup of ACS 4.0 and weekly backup of network devices using KIWI CAT log Tools.• Preparing POA and sharing same with TMBS Operation prior to the activity and co-coordinating with change Teamand operation till activity closure. • Applying modifying rules on Firewall as per requirement from Operation Team.• Preparing, Managing IP Address Schema as per business requirement.• Administering and monitoring daily activities, monitoring performance, taking backups of network devices.• Troubleshoot all networking problems to ensure minimum downtime & maximum availability.• Providing technical support for installation activities and routine troubleshooting of Network Infrastructure.• Working on assigned fault tickets and provide resolution to the customer• Maintain data and ensure availability of authentic information at data base.• Develop and manage proper network documentation project reports.• Implementation and troubleshooting of security policies on ASA & PIX firewalls.• Preparation of SOP of daily processes and network incident flow.• Sound Knowledge of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management• Completion of network projects, troubleshooting, planning installation and management to strict timescales.
