Developed and integrated an AI-powered Einstein Bot within Salesforce to streamline initial customer support interactions. Leveraged an AI model trained on a knowledge base, enabling the bot to deliver accurate, context-specific solutions. Created auto launched flows to validate user input using regex, with Apex-based verification against Salesforce data. Automated common support queries, significantly reducing agent workload and boosting overall efficiency.
