Facilities Manager
Current- Supporting the day-to-day office and facility operation.
- Assisting staff in the allocation, setting up and location of new work stations.
- Fulfilling all reasonable requests from guests and visitors to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety whilst in reception.
- Service and manage supply to the office along with handling the administration (processing operational delivery of invoices, service call outs etc.).
- Understanding of contracts and equipment managed by office.
- Be aware of contractors coming in and work that is to be done as well as contract details, and coordinating with the Macro team to leverage existing supplier contracts.
