Facilities Manager
Current•Supporting the day-to-day office and facility operation.•Assisting staff in the allocation, setting up and location of new work stations.•Fulfilling all reasonable requests from guests and visitors to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety whilst in reception.•Service and manage supply to the office along with handling the administration (processing operational delivery of invoices, service call outs etc.).•Understanding of contracts and equipment managed by office.• Be aware of contractors coming in and work that is to be done as well as contract details, and coordinating with the Macro team to leverage existing supplier contracts. •Directing and planning essential central services such as reception, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and recycling.•Assisting with the setup of the local operation manuals for the office and keep up-to-date and in line with any amendments in the SOP’s.•Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and emergency procedures are in place, as required by each municipality and local management team.•Being responsible for physical security and related operations.
