Conduct design reviews with Worley engineering teams and constructability reports & Go/No-go evaluation by involving execution contractors / sub-contractors. Review developed discipline schedules to L4 & ensure work scope can be effectively executed without disruption or delay. Engage & direct contractors for roles and responsibilities as well as actual scope limits or boundaries. Drive & monitor PO’s of all contractors time bookings & base spend / VoWD to maintain budget controls. For any scope or deviation change issue variation orders to cover the schedule & budget impacts for completions. Develop construction / installation work packs for contractors which define design, calculations, materials, MSDS hazards, standards & specifications and monitor on site progress by working closely with site HSE, Client OTL and environmental teams for required Permitting processes. Develop Hazard reports, Safety stand downs with on-site rescue exercises as needed to enforce safety awareness. Provide support to client for GOC certification and reporting as well as final hand-over of completed projects and close-outs
