Hired by the Group CEO to transform the relationship with the no.1 contract caterer - Compass.Responsible for the Compass Business Unit at Board level. Led and negotiated the 2012 10 year contract between Compass and Brakes to consolidate the entire supply chain for the future whilst rolling out e-procurement to over 5000 units. Worth over £5 billion. Led a cross functional team of 300 people to win the UK's largest ever foodservice supply contract, based on leveraging a new multi temperature distribution network, e-commerce capability and private label expertise.
