A full service creative agency, providing rail ticketing solutions, e-commerce websites, and digital design solutions.Responsible for leading Assertis to several high-profile pitch wins including: Mattel, Chiltern Railways, HSBC Property Division and Stage On Screen. Also managed the build & design of Assertis' own rail ticketing /booking websites: Chiltern Railways, MyTrainTicket, NorthenRail and TravelSupermaket. Achieved the goal of becoming National Rail accredited, making Assertis one of only four companies in the UK to achieve this status.

An e-commerce web design agency. Clients included Jacobi Jayne (garden wildlife), Foxes Outdoor (clothing), Veetee Rice, Miles & Barr (estate agents), & Boxer Books.Responsible for redesigning the Wisdom brand and raising our web-design profile through an innovative DM campaign. Championed concept-led web design, and re-wrote back-end CMS to create more liberated layouts (see Living With Birds for Jacobi Jayne).Won “Best Technology & Website of the Year 2007” for Miles & Barr Estate Agents, which took the site beyond being a dry sales portal into something much more ‘coffee‘ and community-centred!
