As a matter of example, I participated in shifting production from high to low cost countries (Eastern Europe, North Africa, Phillipines), creating partnership with local stakeholders at all levels, staffing and recruiting talent on time to match customer expectations, and always implementing policies and company culture with the highest etical standards regardless if they were far beyond local legislation.
