McIntyre has been a manufacturer of custom HVAC equipment, AHUs, and heat exchangers for military, industrial, and commercial clients for over 90 years. I guided McIntyre manufacturing through significant transformation. This proved to be an essential part of our efficiency optimization as well as the agile operations that increased total production output. We used real-time communication, design, and management platforms which enabled all members of project teams and cross-industry partners to share ideas and work together on projects. Adopting a new generation of processes and connected equipment enabled us to enhance production flexibility, and better customization capabilities all while improving access to essential information throughout the entire supply chain.

Facilitated the efficient management and performance of projects and contracts through effective communication, relationship building, and documentation with internal and external project partners including project management, trades leadership, general contractors, facility owners, subcontractors and suppliers.

During my college years and for several years after that, I embarked on the exciting journey of dedicating my efforts to the construction world. As a Licensed A: General Engineering Construction Contractor myself and as the overseer in charge of other General Building and Mechanical-Electrical subcontractors I enforced my strong belief that a contractor should exceed expectations and make it happen. Owing to that fact, early on I saw the value of always having up-to-date and timely information available through all construction phases and I implemented project finance control and carried out large publicly and privately funded projects.My background as a contractor and business owner helped me to quickly create an overview for projects and direct the processes at the construction site as well as to incorporate technological transformation into construction business strategy. Those who worked with me are now prepared to embrace innovative solutions and contribute to the creation of a digital ecosystem. During these 9 years, with the help from other great contractors such as Airco, Turner, Swinerton, and Clark as well as direct collaboration from the intelligent teams of engineers and architects who represented owners such as Kaiser, Sutter Health, and General Dynamics we successfully completed many construction projects of all sizes.
