• Created and maintained electronic client and event specific press lists utilizing Vocus, Group 113 LLC’s preferred software program. • Clipped print and digital media articles for purpose of creating media reports and accessing reach of an event. • Managed all incoming calls to the office. • Spearheaded all office-related organization tasks and priorities, including maintaining office inventory, placing orders, sorting mail, filing, and general upkeep of office aesthetics. • Assembled press kits, containing pieces authored by the team and myself. • Authored and issued press releases and media advisories. • Provided administrative support to office and clients. • Researched and implemented best practices to optimize the organization and functioning of the office, including implementing a phone system and an electronic filing system.
