Assigned to Union Bank of the Philippines and tasked to handle and manage the end to end project delivery for the bank's Cards Business Group

• Department pioneer – Initiated and developed IT Service Operations team’s Standard Operating Procedures and Key Performance Index.
• Manage Help Desk team and Deployment team for production-related activities.
• Responsible for initiating improvements to service management processes. This includes design and continual improvement of processes and its metrics.
• Monitor system integrity and performance.
• Measure and review the performance of services provided to clients and design improvements to processes, services and infrastructure in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conducts SLA adherence review on production clients and submits report to management.

• Responsible for the deployment and maintenance of Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) and retail projects
• Work closely with Sales team in conducting system demonstration and gathering of business requirements and deployment configurations (e.g. fare structure, bus routes and stops, bus types/model, bus schedule).
• Acts as a liaison between different AFC teams (Sales, System, Application Dev, Web Dev, QA) to efficiently utilize available resources and deliver customer requirements accordingly
• Create Factory Acceptance test plan and execute this on AFC devices prior to deployment.
• Create User Acceptance and Site Acceptance Test plans and execute these tests in Staging environment.
• Facilitate training to clients for operations turnover.
