As DGSA “Transformation and Evaluation”, my main mission is to steer the university's transformation and continuous improvement strategy. I support departments and services in optimizing their processes and deploying new practices to promote efficiency and innovation. This includes implementing performance assessment tools, conducting internal audits, and acquiring quality labels, as part of a collective commitment to excellence. Working closely with the governance team, I am responsible for spreading a culture of evaluation and quality, ensuring a cross-functional, results-oriented approach in line with the establishment's strategic challenges. My role is to be a facilitator at the heart of the modernization and digitization of the administration, but above all, I try to give meaning to our actions to meet the challenges of higher education.

CAP Recherche, "Conseil et Appui aux Projets de Recherche", is a network of professionals responsible for assisting scientists with the administrative, financial and legal set-up and implementation of their research projects with national or regional public funding bodies. CAP Recherche brings together 125 institutions (universities, elite schools, research organizations, university hospitals, etc.) and over 450 members throughout France. Main missions : - Strategic orientation of the association - Representation to members and external stakeholders.- Organization and chairing of meetings to take important decisions.- Proactive communication to keep members informed of activities and projects.- Mobilize members to strengthen their involvement.- Develop strategic partnerships for the association, particularly at national level (France Universités, DGRI, ANR, etc.).

Inno'V specializes in consulting and counseling in the field of Innovation and Tech Transfert, especially involving actors in public and private research.Activities: Assistance in setting up research or Transfert collaboration (agreements, call for projects, ..), analysis, research and industrial approaches for licensing, establishment of intellectual property strategy in innovative projects, mediation in public/private research relations, ...I work mainly with SMEs in their innovation strategy, including those wishing to work with research laboratories.
