After being promoted to Sr. HR Associate, Jayrome was given more responsibilities in HR and had leadership experiences right after his Manager left the company and was the only one who took over the job for some time, in which some of the duties are listed as follows:- Managed day to day HR activities, including but not limited to, keeping track of the requisitions, monitoring of all HR reports, making sure that everything is in accordance to labor code, company’s standards and policies; and ensuring all contracts and documents before the signatory of the HR Director and candidates.- Created and updated HR trackers and reports to ensure timely and accurate documentation, also in preparation for audit and other management presentations.- Attended company breakout sessions, operation meetings and events as a representative especially when the Director/Supervisor is not around.- Collaborated with the Operation Managers to rectify problems and suggest solutions to issues that arises on the company’s managed properties including, but not limited to, conflict de-escalation, providing required manpower within the deadline to secure clients’ contracts, budget planning and revisions.- Delegated tasks and monitored performances of the team, while simultaneously training and supervising them which includes assigning whom will handle new requisitions, making sure that the endorsed candidates are aligned with the qualifications required, providing suggestions and opinions on certain inquiries and concerns, and taking over when needed.

Most of his requisitions are in hiring of Technical personnel needed to conduct preventive maintenances on all the properties handled by the company.
