I have gained a diverse skill set over my career in two very different industries, these being automation engineering and then film & media. Both industries I provided support and training to my teams. My goal is to specialize in support to ensure goals can be reached with minimal down time.My experience in providing support and training for both hardware and remote work systems has been extensive. Assembling and deploying physical hardware to setting up images for cloud workstations and configuring the remote blade specifications for what they require.I also performed industrial network configurations for SQL database data recording of machines in factories.This data was then used to make automated reports for maintenance planning. This also allowed for real-time monitoring of the machines and track production.I trained production engineers and operators on the machine measuring systems and some other smaller operator panels.My technical knowledge of programmable logic controllers allows me to perform fault finding effectively via reading the program and analyzing the electrical drawings.In very few cases where the drawings and/or access to the PLC are not available this process can get difficult to manage, I have successfully found the issues on some occasions with very limited information.In some other cases I also could not Identify the exact issue, however working with the staff at the factories we were able to find the issue and resolve it.Managing relations with the customers is a core driving force for me, they are the best resource to get the information you need to solve any issue they might encounter.I always strive to leave my customers happy and satisfied.In summery, I have honed my ability to work under pressure and get results fast. Quick response to support tickets has allowed me to gain experience in support roles that required very rapid results to get production back on track. I endeavor to always provide excellent customer service.
