Developed organizational model with corresponding compensation, operating, and capital budgets. Lead changed management for implementation aligning expectations and service for existing technical specialists, organizational leaders, and linelevel stakeholders at both the Church and Academy.As special project, developed first comprehensive, dynamic model to forecast capital replenishment and replacement for all areas of operations at Christ Presbyterian Church and Academy. Model included Facilites, IT, Security, Production, and Transportation.As special project, developed Christ Presbyterian Academy's first dynamic BI dashboard to serve Executive Leadership and BOT in strategic planning, monitoring, and governance. Included data discovery and coaching with stakeholder teams as well as technical execution of ELT, warehousing, and model development in Looker Studio. Comprehensive of financial data including ratios and heatmaps, admissions and retention data, HR summaries, student body metrics, and development goals and tracking.Provided project management and partial physical implementation of comprehensive emergency alert and communication systems to serve ongoing security needs.In partnership with Academy leadership, developed policies and procedures for theater facility rentals including iterative leasing document improvement, invoicing, expense tracking, and managing staffing needs.
