The CalHHS Data Exchange Framework (DxF) facilitates the secure and appropriate exchange of health and social services information. I am honored to have been asked to serve on the Standards Committee, where I will represent ALL of California's many Mobile Medical service types and levels to ensure that their unique workflows, information needs, and insights are represented.These include Fire, ALS and BLS Ambulance, Interfacility Transport, Non-Emergency Medical Transport, Standby and Event Medicine, Public Safety Medicine, Critical Care (both Ground and Air), and Community Paramedicine / Mobile Integrated Health, and even Military Medicine.I will serve alongside scholars, leaders, and SMEs from esteemed organizations including Cedars-Sinai Health System, the HIMSS Electronic Health Record Association, EMI Advisors, PointClickCare, SacValley MedShare, Elevance Health, Blue Shield of California, Manifest MedEx, and CalMHSA (California Mental Health Services Authority).

• EXECUTIVE BRIEFINGS: Presented operational models to top Administration officials including the Federal CIO, White House Director of New Media, and OPM, OMB, and DoL division chiefs. References and select non-confidential presentations available for review.• HUMAN CAPITAL NETWORK MANAGEMENT: “Hired to ask some hard questions.” Within two weeks on the job, mapped employee influence network to identify security and operational breaches.
