My professional objective is SINGULAR: To surround myself with team members whose expertise and talent dwarf my own; then empower them to maximize their potential, make the wise strategic decisions I know they can make, and keep ridiculous hours to ensure that they have the resources they need to excel. Case in point: My firm is delivering innovation to the Emergency Medical Services industry that will save lives and huge amounts of taxpayer and insurance dollars, all while improving patient care. Everybody wins, except those who believe that hoarding data is the way to go. Openness is the name of the game now, and we want to be the point of the sword that cuts through inefficiency to achieve the "Triple Aim" of lower healthcare costs, better access to care, and better care for even the most underserved of patients. At a time when patients, doctors, regulators and hospital administrators alike have started finding value in data transparency, someone must leap in to prove it can be achieved in a manner that jives with economics. We’re pleased to take that challenge!To build a "commodity" is not in my DNA.
