• Negotiated multiple claims pre-litigation, thereby saving corporation extensive outside counsel legal fees and minimizing exposure.

• Taught legal research for LexisNexis at the three San Diego law schools including: University of San Diego, California Western, and Thomas Jefferson. Noteworthy accomplishments included:
• Took over Westlaw-preferred territory and built Lexis-preferred student body and faculty;
