I have extensive experience making distribution operations more efficient by analyzing, developing, and implementing solutions with JDA Software’s (formerly Red Prairie) DLx Warehouse Management System. My career began in operations and I later transitioned into IT roles with increasing levels of responsibility. During my career I have developed excellent internal customer service skills, including managing change within organizations, developing team atmospheres that take creative approaches to solving problems, communicating effectively, and managing expectations. I have a breadth of knowledge and abilities that exceed the scope of my current title and would generally be found in more specific positions such as Business Analyst, Solution Developer, and QA Tester, in addition to System Administrator.
