Senior Systems Analyst for Tubes North America (including Canada & Mexico) responding to requests from manufacturing facilities for technical assistance in person, via telephone, and/or electronically (e-mail, Teams, and Help Desk tickets). Logging all calls in the Service-now (ServiceNow) tool. • Responsible for managing all organization technologies and providing technology support and training. Primary duties include analyzing systems and processes, maintaining workstations (Dell & HP), networks and web-based applications.• Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.• Ensures technology documents/certificates such as product registrations, SSL certificates, maintenance agreements, service contracts, etc. related to technology operations and/or technology services are evaluated, updated, and processed.• Develops and maintains technology policies, standards, and procedures manual; develops and maintains related technology checklists.• Manages and maintains Microsoft Windows applications and systems including but not limited to Windows 10, Windows Server 2008 | 2012 and Office365 (including Teams, and OneDrive).• Work directly with Finance and Accounting groups to assist in cost savings.• Manage IT asset procurement, deployment, and managementAdditional responsibilities include:Active Directory Users & ComputersAS400 - Account Management, Printer Management, Menu AccessAT&T Cellular Account (switched from Verizon) - Managing all aspects of the corporate account including ordering of mobile devices (iPhones & Hot Spots) Printers (Toshiba | Lexmark)Procurement (ordering of software | personal computers & all peripheral devices associated)SAP - Account Management (Account Unlocks & Password Resets)SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)Zscaler (VPN access) – Remote access into our infrastructure
