Without customers, there would be no customer service agents. I believe in resolving the problem correctly the first time, then finding ways to prevent the problem from happening again. One of my favorite tasks is to perform a root cause analysis to understand why a problem happened and what can be done to prevent it from happening again in the future.* I have had the opportunity to work on many different teams to create and design new features and services. * I worked as a team to collaborate on the online plan room, for A&B Reprographics. We worked to recruit new customers, maintain existing, and find jobs to build the online plan room.*While at Bank of America, we worked as a team providing 360 coaching to help develop each other.
