RSL LifeCare did not receive any negative press during 2020.3. Internal Communications: Developed GrainCorp’s internal communications strategy, established a user friendly intranet and roled out their new Vision, Mission, and Values across the entire organisation. With a newly aligned focus on safety, customer experience and continuous improvement, the overall corporate engagement levels increased from 55% to 63% in three years.
