I am a Real Estate development professional with a personal mission for healthier, better built-environments and better living through creative, well-designed, and financially responsible projects. My career revolves around making people happy and healthier in their environment by "placemaking" every project I am involved with, and improving the world, one project at a time. I accomplish this through INITIAL Stratégie, where I have the pleasure of leading talented multi-disciplinary teams in strategy, planning, and development. We focus on creating landmark real estate projects, resorts, hotels, and residential as well as mixed-use developments and sports/entertainment destinations in Europe and North America. I currently co-chair ULI's Europe Hospitality Council and I am a member of the Global Wellness Institute's Communities and Real Estate initiative.For many years, my talents were on loan to Intrawest Placemaking, a leading resort development company where I honed my skills in creating unique places as Vice President Master Planning.I am passionate about resort real estate development and urban mixed-use, and a keen study on the creation of cities, towns, villages, and "people places" in general. My background in architecture, urban design and my extensive experience in real estate development have allowed me to develop unique expertise with a creative approach to creating compelling and memorable places.
