Management position overseeing all day to day transactions of the carrier sales team of Summit Expedited. Focus on building beneficial carrier relationships to increase quality and overall GP. Continuous use of KPI metrics along with daily reports to improve processes and overall workflow. If problems are to arise, I am the main escalation point in charge of solving severe issues and providing beneficial solutions for all involved parties within a timely manner.

An outside sales position where I was in charge of identifying and evaluating potential clients and developed marketing strategies to gain them as customers. In addition, building long term customer relationships by solving problems and retaining high customer satisfaction was crucial. Within my time I generated approximately $250,000 of new revenue.

Reported directly to the Vice President of Operations. Responsibilities included tracking inventories, sell-through rates, forced inventory to stores and reporting updates to Vice Presidents, as well as proposing solutions for improvement. Jewel-Osco later implemented my proposed solution.
