This could entail contacting the healthcare centers, the insurance company, adding new healthcare centers to the existing network, managing several patients' schedules in order to respect priorities, as well as carefully analyzing the information I was given, in order to bring potential problems to the Company's doctors' attention and act swiftly to prevent unwanted situations for the insurance company (such as scam attempts, false information, long sick leaves...).
