The Permian Strategic Partnership (PSP) is a coalition of 20 leading Permian Basin energy companies who joined together to work in partnership with leaders across the region’s communities to address current and future challenges to the responsible development of the vast oil and natural gas resources of the Permian Basin in the states of New Mexico and Texas.

Led initiative to identify gaps in technology, processes, staffing capacity, and skillsets. Developed financial analysis and staffing model, as well as technology and process roadmaps to ensure the multi-year IT strategy would position the $7+ billion financial holding company, with 1500 employees and 70+ locations, for strong M&A growth into new communities. Acquired from FIS through services contract in December 2017. FIS (Fidelity Information Services) is an information technology and software development company focused on the financial services sector. FIS was a $30 billion technology company with 53,000 employees.✔ Developed new organizational structure, consolidating staff to create focused IT Service Desk and Desktop Support teams which also provided congruency in expectations, strategy, and overall direction.✔ Led system engineers to implement new technologies and automation sequences, empowering junior technicians and end users to complete more tasks that traditionally require more technical acumen.✔ Completed analysis for aging contact center system, resulting in configuration changes that ensured all IT Service Desk staff members participated in the call queues with skill-based routing, and improved reporting.✔ Coached and developed staff, improving overall skillset, challenging habits preventing growth, and introducing new methods such as SMART goals.✔ Provided thought leadership around ITIL principles encouraging the consolidation of change management and incident management into the same system, resulting in a single system of record with outage correlation to assets.✔ Identified flaw in patch management strategy, resulting in the implementation of an architectural design change that contributed to an improvement in the overall security posture and compliance for end user workstations.

Access Midstream Partners was a $15 billion oil and gas company with 1,500 employees focused on gas gathering, processing, and compression; acquired by Williams Companies, Inc.✔ Led due diligence efforts to determine ownership of more than 150 locations involved in the divestiture, creating strategies and action plans to replace locations critical to the future operations of Access Midstream.✔ Secured $2 million in discounts through negotiations and implemented interim processes inside 2 weeks for the company's first IT infrastructure purchase of more than $7 million.✔ Developed 50+ enterprise-wide standards and procedures for office space, network closets, on-premise data centers, co-location facilities, and outside plant construction efforts.✔ Led teams to successfully transition more than 1,000 devices to new public and private networks.
