For a leading national childcare provider, partnered with senior leaders to develop and operationalize a new organizational process for opening new centers. Co-led the start-up of a $20M acquisitions program while managing the organizations first acquisition, a multi-center acquisition valued over $7M.

Recruited to establish technology for project management standards and lead change management of major organizational change. Partnered with Senior Leadership to help lead roll-out and training to 200+ project managers resulting in new standards throughout the organization.

Led multiple strategic and Investment processes and projects that supported a $4.5B annual grant portfolio for a large national non-profit organization. Partnered with 35 teams to identify opportunities to simplify strategic planning processes and supporting technology, reducing process duration and enabling new cross-team collaboration and resource sharing.

As a planning and construction project manager for the US Army, was responsible for leading new program start-up that established program processes and standards for construction projects in Northern Afghanistan. Built teams, led onboarding and engaged senior leaders to quickly set up a high-performing program that turned-around stalled projects and collectively completed 200+ projects on or ahead of schedule. As a result, these program processes were adopted throughout all of Afghanistan.
