Acting as corporate counsel for a number of online media companies, I have acquired a significant base of knowledge and experience with everyday legal issues encountered by such companies and various ways of addressing them. While my focus has been primarily on intellectual property matters -- from registration and enforcement, to defense of asserted claims -- I have been involved with projects that span nearly the entire spectrum of all legal disciplines. I have either been directly responsible for, or coordinated the services of other attorneys in, satisfying clients' needs with respect to everything from commercial disputes, leases, asset acquisitions, and complex service agreements, to rights enforcement, employment matters, asset protection, and regulatory compliance. Throughout my legal career, I have strived to develop a general solution-finding strategy for most any kind of issue that might come through the door on a given day, because that is what I have been tasked with handling on a regular basis.
