• Developed five-year strategic objectives with fellow C-Suite members and created a tactical operational plan to achieve those objectives by breaking down year-long goals into monthly and weekly goals for the team. • Transformed Chapter Support model from biannual traveling in-person support to weekly virtual support which led to operational improvements and stronger relationships.• Led the Existing Organization Growth and New Organization Growth cross functional teams resulting in a 11% increase in membership and a 28% increase in average organization size.• Exceeded business development targets by 175% by further defining target market and enhancing the value proposition of the organization. • Fosters strong relationships with the Board of Directors by serving on two Board committees. • Led Chapter Support, Health & Wellness, Expansion, and Learning Outcomes teams, totaling in the supervision of 16 employees. • Led the Conferences cross functional team to plan and execute three events totaling in approximately 1,500 attendees. • Participated in the strategic development and implementation of an $8 million annual budget, collaborating closely with executive leadership to assess financial implications and adapt to evolving market conditions. Responsible for the training and support offered to collegiate members to improve their membership experience.- Recruited and trained a team of 11 traveling staff members to assess field operations, provide feedback, and facilitate goal setting for performance enhancement. Supervised a team of 12 team members. Created and managed a $912,000 annual budget.- Allocated resources and staff to support 190 entities to maximize organizational performance by using Chapter Operating Standards and the results of the CORE Assessment program to make data driven decisions. Served as the liaison for the Board of Directors in the areas of growth and operations for the fraternity. - Oversaw the growth of the organization by seven entities (approximately 4%), resulting in an additional 133 members.

Responsible for sourcing and converting new sales.- Conducted a customer needs analysis for approximately 225 customers as part of a consultative sales process to assess if current practices are meeting their needs.- Presented detailed and specific solutions curtailed to each customer’s current situation. - Researched and contacted potential new customers on a weekly basis.

Oversaw and advised on crisis response.- Trained and supervised a staff of 10 to complete the investigation of over 200-chapter incidents and administered the adjudication of those incidents. - Devised and led 1 of the core areas of the organization’s strategic plan. Organized team members to ensure on-time completion of tasks. Reported the status and progress of the team to the Board of Directors quarterly. - Designed and implemented harm reduction education, including 7 case studies, 3 regional conferences, and 3 national conferences. Also, devised 11 harm reduction training programs for volunteers and traveling fraternity staff.

Responsible for the recruitment and training of organization volunteers. - Planned and executed four educational conferences, designed to increase leadership skills, for approximately 1,200 attendees per conference. - Expanded alumni volunteer base to 420 alumni volunteers to assist with and improve operations of local organizations. - Designed and administered training programs for alumni, with an average of 150 attendees per session, to focus on areas for improvement and development for alumni volunteers

Provided operational support to specific targeted entities.- Conducted chapter visits and met with approximately 780 officers to set SMART goals to improve operations.- Built four new chapters, through cold calls, individual meetings, and group presentations, resulting in 100 new members joining the organization.
