From september 2014 to January 2015, I worked for the Financial Department of AB Mauri Iberia, reporting to the Iberia Finance Director, in different F&A projects (internal audit development and process design in Spain and Portugal, AX implementation and SAP migration, integration process, month-end closing and year-end package, etc) as a finance business partner.From May 2008 to January 2015 I worked in the ingredients business for the Spanish subsidiary of Gb Plange (11 Mio €, 27 people) included in a Multinational German Group called Wilh. Werhahn KG. I was the F&A Manager (being part of the subsidiary’s steering committee) for approximately 6 years until September 2014, when F&A moved from Barcelona (Assocated British Foods Group acquired Gb Plange companies as of January 31 2014 and reorganize locations since then). During this long period my functions have been: • Finance Director. • Leading F&A, IT and legal workshop for the integration process including organisational and tax.• Planning, budgeting & forecasting processes, KPI’s, Financial reporting.
