My second time in this lovely authentic Italian restaurant, my work here includes setting up for lunch or dinner, taking reservations and making floor plans for the night, greeting customers, taking orders, and bringing food & drinks to tables. Also, I delegate different tasks and roles to the other members of staff to ensure we have an time-efficient system in place that benefiting both us and the customers.

My first job, started with collecting glasses and general cleaning of this great pub in Ballycotton. Famed for it's fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff and patrons, I enjoyed working here a lot, as it taught me so many of the basic skills required of me now, and taught me them right.Before I was finished there I was serving every kind of drink we had available as well as being charged with the cleaning operation at the end of the night.
