- Regionalize compliance activities within Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela.- Coordinate and execute compliance investigations within the region.- Implement Bayer´s compliance program within the region.- Deliver compliance advice to all Bayer business, including topics such as: commercial policies, patient support programs, antitrust, etc.

- Provide Legal and Compliance advice to all Bayer business.- Drafting of contracts and legal documents that enable our business.- Provide legal and compliance training courses for all business.

- Responsible for drafting legal briefings related to commercial, corporate and labor law.- Deliver advise to clients on commercial, corporate and labor law.

- Follow up legal procedures in court and administrative authorities.- Draft legal opinions for clients related to labor and commercial law.
