Jess has over 45 years of employee benefit consulting experience, working with a wide variety of clients, including small and mid-market fully insured plans, Taft-Hartley Union plans, large and small self-funded corporate plans, public sector employers, and association plans.Jess received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Risk and Insurance, from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1979. He has served on the broker advisory boards of several group insurance carriers. He is an active member in the Greater Kansas City Employee Benefits Professional Association and the Health Underwriters Association.
