This summer internship opportunity was provided through the National Orientation Directors Association, in which my responsibilities included the following: • Supervising a group of twenty-five Orientation Leaders • Developing the schedules for the Lead Retreat & Orientation Camp • Facilitating workshops and sessions during the retreats,training, and Orientation • Assisted with parent and guest registration/reservation concerns • Serving as on-call staff member to overnight situations in residence halls • Trouble-shooting incidents throughout Orientation Program • Provided evaluations for orientation student staff and evaluation of program
