As the Director of Demo Solutions at Sitecore, I lead a talented and diverse team of developers, designers, and marketers who work hand-in-hand with product marketing, sales, and partners to deliver high-quality, high-performing, and on-brand demo scripts, assets, videos, and platforms. I am driven by the mission of empowering Sitecore's customers and prospects to transform their digital experiences and achieve their goals. I bring a unique perspective and expertise to the demo solutions team, as I have a strong background in implementations and pre-sales, as well as experience in various industries and domains.In my current role, I am responsible for all aspects of the demo solutions strategy, execution, and budget. I manage any third-party companies, design agencies, or other vendors needed for the production of demo assets. I also provide field communications and training on all things "demo". I am the center-point for gathering all demo requirements from different stakeholders and ensuring that the demo solutions align with the right messaging and value propositions. Some of my recent achievements include launching a new demo platform that increased the accessibility and usability of the demo assets, developing a series of demo videos that generated positive feedback and leads, and collaborating with product marketing and sales to create a demo roadmap that supports the product launch and adoption.
