I have a broad range of experience in the education and technology sectors. I have been involved in developing a number of online learning platforms and courses in a number of different fields such as compliance, human resources, safety, health services, social services and product development.I have worked with many large clients including Coles, Weight Watchers, BAE Systems, The Victorian Government, NSW TAFE, SKILLED, Offshore Marine Services and many others. I analyze learning goals and objectives to design solutions that are authentic, dynamic and translate to change in behaviour in the workplace. I work closely with SMEs to achieve effective and creative training programs. I am committed to professional development to continually be well-informed of new and innovative technology and new concepts in learning design. I have three years’ experience in a school setting with a broad range of experience teaching both children and adults in the classroom and through online learning. In addition to classroom teaching and practice, I used innovative online learning programs such as Wiki’s, Blogs, Discussion Boards and Podcasts along with other software regularly in the classroom. I was responsible for running professional development sessions and staff meetings for colleagues.
