John Fleming is the Director of Research and serves on the investment committee. Before joining GreyArc, John co-founded and managed Aligned Wealth Capital, a firm focused on building quantitative models in the volatility and multi-factor disciplines of finance for use by financial advisors. Prior to Aligned Wealth, John was part of an investment group at ION Financial that purchased failed banks, post the “2008 Financial Crisis” from the FDIC through a special-purpose-entity advised by J.P. Morgan. In 2001 John co-founded Stadia Capital Management with Rich where he also was a portfolio manager. John graduated from New York University with an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business and also received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, at Amherst.
