Perform graphic design duties from updating social media to designing and creating final print files meeting the customer's specifications while maintaining accurate and exceptional production standards.It's all about making sure we give our clients the absolute best service, and make them look fantastic.

Process and control workflow of customer’s online orders and prepare files for printing.- Make customer profiles, download appropriate files, batch or design files for print using InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop.

Maintained a consistent and efficient workflow of proofs, design work, and printing processes including file setup and distribution of jobs.- Produce proofs and final digital files for large and small format production including color correction, digital file prep and layout for most efficient workflow including in-house and outsource production.- Communicate with customers regarding proofs, file requirements, and finished project deadlines.- Produce color, print, and digital proofs.- Maintain supply levels including ink, media, software and hardware needs.

Job requirements include working in a fast paced environment with the highest quality in a timely manner for a broad customer base from individuals to advertising agencies.- Large format production including color correction, digital file prep and layout for most efficient workflow, digital file troubleshooting.- Produce color, print, and digital proofs communicating any concerns with customers as needed.- Digital output and finishing on color copiers.- Maintain supply levels including ink, media, software and hardware needs.- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, profiling, and any technical or user service issues on equipment.
