• Primary political operative: Designed and implemented a political strategy for statewide and state legislature candidates during the 2012 and 2014 election cycles as the Party captured its first open statewide seat in 20 years and increased their presence in the legislature. • Messaging: Responsible for developing and delivering the Party’s message during off years helping to increase visibility and opportunities for victory. Developed online and other media opportunities enabling the organization to increase its profile, including weekly newsletters and a successful “GOP Weekly Message” video distributed to the media and 50,000 Party members each week.• Party restructuring: Working with Party leaders around the state, began a restructuring of the Party’s grassroots operations to enable the Party to better drive new voter registration, communication with civic groups and meet the needs of candidates for the 2014 Election.

Responsible for ensuring that Newt Gingrich qualifies for ballot access in the various states. Included in this is was the need to understand the legal and regulatory framework in the 50 states regarding ballot access and delegate selection, the management of an extensive field operation, and the understanding and application of the rules of the various state GOP organizations as they apply to delegate selection and participation in the nominating process.

* Domestic and International Consulting: Established limited-liability corporation to provide strategic guidance and consultations in public affairs and international business development for corporations and non-governmental organizations to develop presence in the Asian market. Provide expertise in lobbying, corporate risk management and democracy/governance issues. Most recently having managed two statewide races in Connecticut and as Political Director of the Connecticut Republican Party.

* Training & Leadership: Designed and ran training sessions for groups of 30-120 in Malaysia and Indonesia as organization's resident program officer residing Jakarta. Acted as first-ever program officer for Malaysia residing in Asia. Emphasized lobbying techniques, interacting with voters, focus groups implementation training and hosting public forums (on local, provincial and national levels). Provided extensive group training and individual consultations on implementing effective print/verbal communication strategies and legislative/political strategy.* Voter Accountability: Led project to poll political party leaders on issues of importance to voters in four Indonesian provinces and compile responses for distribution to media and civil society in advance of 2009 election; effort set standard for strengthened voter accountability throughout nation.
