Selected, coached and developed a new team to move the operations forward.• Successfully integrated the operations of the Allied Colloids acquisition into the Canadian organization achieving a high level of synergy in central functions, supply chain and site utilization.• Directed the consolidation of multiple ERP systems into a single BPCS system achieving a more integrated and streamlined systems environment and better information transparency. • Achieved the reduction of inventory by 60% from past levels while directing the materials management functions for the Additives division.
