This includes the following: coordinating the retention and assignment of experts in thousands of cases, developing and defending numerous depositions of corporate witnesses, assigning and lining up trial counsel, providing strategic advice to clients regarding trial and settlement strategy, training local and trial counsel, preparing and organizing trial exhibit lists, managing document reviews, budgeting and bill review, developing billing guidelines, drafting motions, developing new experts, deposing and defending hundreds of expert depositions, deposing plaintiffs and fact witnesses, coordinating settlement negotiations and settlement processing, drafting and responding to thousands of sets of discovery, handling discovery disputes, and implementing a wide variety of innovative technology programs and systems to more efficiently and effectively handle the massive amount of data and information generated during asbestos litigation. I have also been trial counsel in a number of cases and supervised and assisted in many other trials.
