- Designed, developed and deployed dozens of services ranging from Gateways, APIs and AI tools in Typescript and Python.- Created the engine behind Agentifai’s low code platform for building automated call center conversational flows.- Greatly contributed to the specification of multiple APIs and Agentifai's internal messages protocol.- Developed multiple conversational flows responsible for thousands of interactions per day.- Devised and executed a refactoring plan for a core project with >3500 classes in order to improve project maintainability.- Applied and trained/fine-tuned multiple AI models in order to enhance the solution's intelligence (Intent classification, NER, LLMs) and deployed them to prod.- Conducted dozens of technical interviews for engineering roles.- Mentored and guided junior developers through their journey to become productive elements of the team.

-Cofounded Swappflow. Swappflow was a service where users were presented opportunities to swap their own goods with someone else's in a tinder-like swipe style interface.- I worked as a developer, spokesman and designer at Swappflow.- As a developer I devised and implemented Swappflow's ranking algorithm which, using a number of factors, would generate the most interesting swapping opportunities to present to each user at any given time. I was also responsible for developing the interface of the opportunities screen.
