I took on the role of President of the TM Group and during my tenure as President, we were recognized as the Great Plains Software 1994 Reseller of the Year (Largest reseller). In 1995, due to a previously negotiated arrangement, I relinquished the President's title and focused my energies on sales and building our consulting services team. During the six years I was at TM Group, we were consistently one of Great Plains Software's top 5 resellers and we received the Inner Circle and Presidents Club awards every year. I sold my interest in TM Group and left to help found Aston Group at the end of 1999.
