Area of responsibilities and experience:-handling the contractual and commercial relationship with both suppliers and B2B customers.-consulting on in-house legal affairs-contract management, herein negotiation and optimization of the use and value of contracts-drafting and reviewing contracts: NDA/NDU, cooperation, SLA, supplier, purchase, sales, DPA, tenders, service, software, SaaS, subcontractor, employment, lease, terms and conditions, stock-keeping, framework etc.-drafting and reviewing legal documents: supplier assessments, DPA appendix, code of conducts, questionaires, decision paper, notary and apostille legalization etc. -completing legal deviation reports -managing Scrive, AX and CRM -ensuring compliance, herein implementing a global GDPR-setup, anti-corruption and business ethics policies etc.-provides legal advices in business opportunity board meetings about potential large corporate and public customers, herein legal framework.
