RightNow Media is most known for being the “Netflix of Videos for the Church”. For almost the last 15 years I’ve served with the President to advance the mission by focusing on strategy and growth. What started as mission and an idea on a paper ... grew into a tangibly impacting over 5 million people from 30,000 organizations.The growth was fueled by a Software as a Service (SaaS) model of annual subscriptions that disrupted the old way of purchasing physical DVDs or individual downloads. We averaged over 30% growth for almost a decade. Today is over $30M annual membership business and ministry. Built a partnerships leadership team and over 100 team members across 12 different divisions ranging from lead generation, sales, implementation, retention, customer support and our regional directors that traveled across the country. Serve with a growing leadership team, that helped drastically change the culture by shifting recruiting strategies, upgraded training, new facilities, employee care programs and benefits.Built long lasting relationships with a network of over 500 video production companies around the world including Dreamworks, Harper Collins, DavidCCook, Tyndale, Baker and more. Negotiated the deals to acquire streaming rights to over 20,000 videos. Work with the team to grow into over a dozen different countries, including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, South Africa, Hong Kong and Japan.
