I consider myself an ambitious, hardworking individual who is always looking for new development opportunities to further my knowledge, ability and experience in order to achieve the best results I can. This ambition is what drives me to strive for continued success in both my education and career. I believe the development of my knowledge, skills and capability as a practitioner of construction project management is of personal importance, from the perspective of professional development, but also personal accomplishment. In the pursuit of continued development, I feel there are a number of recognisable milestones in my journey. The awarding of academic qualifications, both Bachelors and Masters, the publication of research, and becoming a chartered member of professional institutions. Having a professional Chartership with the CIOB, achieving a first class honours degree, I understand and recognise the devotion, commitment and energy required in the pursuit of academic and professional qualification. My experience undertaking both professional and educational qualifications has only proved to enhance and further my desire to continue developing myself and my capability in the pursuit of become as valuable an asset as possible to myself, my project teams, institutions, universities and employers alike. Having worked within the construction industry, specifically project management for approaching 15 years, I have had the ability to work on an array of project ranging in scale, value and complexity. From small refurbishment projects, to military mega-projects, my desire to grow and develop myself as a practitioner has only expanded. The various project I have worked on have allowed me to develop my skills, knowledge and capability. I believe each individual has a responsibility to strive and push to be the best, most capable version of themself.
