• Led the technical coordination of the first joint venture project of SMDC with the government of Pasay City• Participates in the review of Plans, designs, and Specifications, from Design Development (DD) up to For Construction Drawings (FCD).• Responsible for the execution of workflow activities from planning, construction, and post-construction of identified premium projects of the company.• Prepares and provides technical feedback on monthly evaluation reports such as Construction Monitoring, Budget Review, and Turnover Status.• Responsible for preparing long and short lists of Bidders / Suppliers for the Bids & Awards Committee.• Coordinates various technical meetings such as Pre-bid Meetings, Clarification Meetings, and Bids Submissions & Openings.• Prepares all relevant project documentation from legal (e.g. Contract Agreements, etc.), accounting (Billing / Payment Certificates, etc.), project development (Project Authorization Orders), and technical requirements (Work Authorization and Change Orders).• Responsible for preparation of billings thru the SAP system and recommending payment to relevant parties.• Spearheaded inspection of quality workmanship and ensures timely unit delivery following approved standards prior to client turnover.• Responsible for the implementation of punch list orders for project common areas to Quality Assurance Department and/or to Property Management.• Responsible for the implementation of the Systems & Procedures of the Planning & Engineering Division- Construction Management Department

• Responsible for the supervision of all Multi-Skilled Technicians and other technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation. It is also responsible for their regular evaluation on overall performance.• Responsible for the maintenance of all machineries and equipment in the building. It is also responsible for the smooth operations of the technical facilities.• Maintains cordial and friendly relations with unit owners and tenants and ensures that their complaints are acted upon expeditiously.• Responsible for the proper handling, safeguarding, monitoring and effective use of building equipment’s and technical facilities.• Ensures that all company policies, systems and procedures are followed and strictly implemented.• Responsible for the dissemination and effective implementation of preventive maintenance schedule.• Responsible for the supervision of the external contractors. It is also responsible for their performance evaluation.• Ensures that safety rules and procedures and complied with.• Conducts regular walk-around and inspections to ensure that all delegated tasks are properly acted upon.• Canvasses materials and supplies needed for the project.• Coordinates with external contractors for specific projects and reports to the Building Manager for approval.• Compliance to laws and ordinances in the execution of the building operation such as Building Codes, standards of Engineering practices, Occupational Health and Safety Hazards, DENR permits, ERC and all other laws, permits or certificates as required by the local and national government. • All other related tasks as required.
