2 Finsbury AvenueA £500 million commercial office scheme consisting of a 12-storey podium and 38 and 23 storey towers.My responsibilities include the package management of the £55 million structural steelwork package. I am also the appointed temporary works supervisor.Springfield University HospitalA £150 million mixed-use development scheme including the construction of two new NHS mental health facilities in a new 32-acre public park with associated road network and energy infrastructure.My responsibilities are to manage the construction of a pavilion located in one of the park areas and an electrical substation. The pavilion incorporates the management of various trades including structural works, fit out and MEP. Alongside this I am managing the remedial works to repair the water damage in one of the completed hospital buildings. This involves coordinating with the NHS Trust to carry out works on a live acute mental health ward, a particular challenge due to the proximity of the works to the patients.

21 Moorfields

A £340 million 16-storey shell & core office development. The building is a complex structure formed of 6 launching trusses up to 50m, each with a 9-story arch above it. These are supported by 14 no. piles and super piles each 60m-80m long.Section manager responsible for the Northeast Entrance and Reception. This is a large 3 storey space with high end finishes. Involved the coordination of multiple tradesworking together in a congested area including stone, a mesh feature wall, secondary steelwork and dry lining.Package management responsibilities included the general metalwork package, secondary steelwork and dry lining on the ground floor. Also managed the installation of the movement joint constructed from flexible fire bat, a system unique to the 21 Moorfields project. This allows for differential movement of the structure above the ground floor compared to that fixed to the retained deck of the Moorgate Underground station.

100 Liverpool Street

A £250 million 11-storey mixed use commercial office and retail development. Half of the existing structure was retained leading it to be a net zero carbon building, all constructed above Liverpool Street station.Exposure to a range of packages throughout two years at the project. Upon joining the project I performed site-based duties for the concrete and structural steel packages. This included pre-pour concrete inspections, decking handovers and slab remedial infill works between the new and existing structure.Following this I focused on core fit out works including core staircases, corridors and the office floor planes. This involved managing the decorations and fire stopping packages and assisting with the dry lining package. I also managed the fit-out works for the Basement Cycle Entrance and Level 1 Shower Corridor sections of work.

London Office

Year long secondment to Arup working as a Structural Engineer in the Property, Science, Industry, Technology & Social Infrastructure (PSITSI 4) division of the London Office.Experience on various projects at RIBA stages 2, 3 and 4. Including concrete design to EC2 and steelwork design to EC3. Built 3D finite analysis element models on structures to find the optimum design solution.
