Oversaw a portfolio of projects with operating budgets totaling over $50 million (US) that enabled a small academic unit to grow into one of the most highly regarded NGOs in Colombia, in the following sectors:- Applied research in Energy storage, Water Management, Circular Economy, Sustainable Mining, Transportation- Higher Education Innovation initiatives and Graduate/Undergraduate excellence scholarships

Designed, planned, and executed a portfolio of education and applied research projects.Results:* Originated "Ser Pilo Paga"--a flagship $1.2 billion (US) merit-based grant program of the Colombian government--that propelled 40,000 historically access-challenged gifted & talented low-income students into elite Higher Education institutions.* Co-authored a complex transformative initiative resulting in the first state-funded Income-Contingent Loan student loan program in Colombia.* Planned, fundraised, and executed 4 graduate scholarship programs with operating budgets totaling over $20 million (US) and benefiting 400 students, whose funding was obtained from both State and private donors. * Designed and successfully delivered the International Summer School (ISS) in 2015 and 2016, obtaining 1.2 USD million from the Colombian Ministry of Education and impacting 600 students.

Managed and trained a 20 people salesforce team for the Drugstores and Pharmacies sales channel. I helped to increase the yearly net organic channel sales by 14% through intensive portfolio training and sales monitoring. Executed with excellence the implementation of trade-marketing strategies of P&G achieving excellent visibility and distribution of products and driving the DP&P channel to be the fastest growing during FY 2011-2012 in the country.
