Health Care Workforce Solutions for Public Health AgenciesAM LLC is a unique offering to support local public health agencies with a dedicated team trained to engage with local citizens directly on the most sensitive topics necessary to contain the spread of the pandemic and manage effective distribution and quality management of the vaccine.For my primary contract with Orange County, CA my role and duties were as follows:-Served as a contracted employee for Orange County Health Care Agency (OCHCA) in the Communicable Disease Control Division-Collaborated daily with a team of data and healthcare professionals to maintain county public health records-Held advanced user/supervisor level access in CalConnect, a Salesforce software employed throughout most California health departments-Performed advanced daily analytics on new records, up to many hundreds per day during peak volume.-Performed health data quality audits, and followed up with users as needed for improvement/correction-Developed and maintained Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement reporting-Upheld rigorous confidentiality and compliance standards within California Department of Public Health (CDPH) databases

- Worked in a supervisory capacity within various roles including administrative, payroll, human resources, customer service, sales, technical service, and shipping/receiving.- Supported national, cross-divisional initiatives as a traveling manager for business development (new location openings, training, company-wide pilot programs, etc.)- Built and maintained all aspects of weekly schedules for 40-70 staff members.- Maintained a working knowledge of pertinent state and federal labor regulations, implementing adaptation and compliance.- Monitored customer metrics and spearheaded initiatives to increase KPI's.- Managed all phases of full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to in-place development and promotion.
